Report on Recreational Anomalies

A nighttime scene of an empty water park features a large, multi-colored spiral slide with yellow, red, and blue sections. The slide twists down into a shallow pool, its surface reflecting the surrounding lights and colors. Tall lampposts illuminate the area, casting a warm glow on the wet ground. In the distance, blurred city buildings and lights are visible, adding to the serene and quiet atmosphere. The sky is dark, suggesting an evening setting.

Dear Comrades,

I hereby submit a formal report regarding an irregularity at Munsu Water Park, specifically involving the attraction “The Springboard to the Sun,” which, as you know, is reserved exclusively for citizens with exceptional merits for the nation.

Over recent weeks, a recurring nocturnal sound phenomenon has been observed. Between 23:00 and 23:30 hours, during my extended vigilance duties, I have heard a singular shriek—of the kind typically associated with unrestrained joy. Morning inspections have revealed that the top rung of the ladder has been damp on several occasions, despite no official use being scheduled.

Some colleagues suggest youthful mischief; others theorize that certain esteemed figures may be discreetly enjoying the state-sanctioned adventure themselves. Naturally, I refrain from speculation.

To uphold the integrity of the recreation program, I recommend increased night-time surveillance and, if necessary, the installation of an additional sign (minimum font size: 24 pt) to reinforce the exclusivity of this slide.

With sportingly exemplary regards,
Sang-min
Lifeguard, Munsu Water Park

P.S.: Should it emerge that the nighttime shrieks are part of an approved recreational initiative, I kindly request formal notification so I may update my records accordingly.
